To strengthen our Accounting department, we are currently seeking a(n) International Accountant (m|w|d) Financial Reporting to join our team in Hennepin, IL as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Support in conducting audits
  • Calculation of reserves
  • Participation in tax audits and projects for implementing IFRS adjustments
  • Liaison and interface between various finance departments at the headquarters and operational departments within Northern Europe
  • Interface between regulatory requirements and the Finance & Accounting department

Qualifications:

  • Completed (university) degree in the following fields: Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on International Accounting. Alternatively, you have a degree in a similar field or a comparable education, such as in auditing.
  • Previous experience in the financial sector/auditing is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS (knowledge of IFRS 9, 15 & 17 is advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Knowledge of national and international tax law is advantageous
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent English skills complete your profile
