Our client in 88400 Biberach-Riss is currently looking for a

Laboratory Systems Specialist (m/f/d)


This is a hybrid work model that can be covered remotely for 2 days a week, as needed and agreed upon.

The position is currently limited until December 31, with the option of extension.


Your tasks will include:


  • Taking on partial projects and working in crossdepartmental projects
  • Validation and qualification of computerized systems and laboratory equipment according to internal and external guidelines
  • Central point of contact for employees in the specialist function for technical issues regarding the necessary regulations and technical possibilities
  • Support in the development and implementation of concepts for the validation and qualification of laboratory equipment
  • Collaboration in crossfunctional projects

Your qualifications:


  • Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or a comparable natural science field with initial professional experience
  • Alternatively, a completed vocational training in this field with many years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Basic knowledge of data integrity requirements
  • Practical experience in the GxP laboratory environment with computerized analysis systems and software applications
  • PC knowledge of the Windows 7/10 operating system and basic knowledge of information processing (backup/data backup, rights management)
  • Flexible, independent, structured and careful way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German
