Your future tasks include:

Ensuring a highly professional, personalized guest service before, during and after their stay
Individual welcome and care for our hotel guests and VIP guests
Responsible for an outstanding checkin and checkout experience according to LHW standards, as well as a smooth process in the hotel lobby
Receiving and handling requests, wishes, feedback and complaints
Communication and maintenance of contacts with external partners
Responsible for and supporting a smooth luggage service
Organizing and planning limousines and transfers, as well as handling our own fleet (cars and bicycles)
Coordinating and supporting the valet parking service
Program design for leisure guests and efficient lifestyle service for business guests
Ensuring comprehensive data protection and discretion

Your profile:

Professional experience in the luxury hotel industry
High level of expertise
Organizational talent, commitment, flexibility and team spirit
Positive charisma, natural friendliness, confident appearance
Proactivity, a high level of contact, coordination and communication skills
Quality awareness and a strong service mentality
Passionate host with excellent manners
Very good German and English skills (additional foreign language is an advantage)
Possession of a driver's license is an
