Tasks:

Coaching of multiple crossfunctional teams, management, and SCRUM masters in a scaled agile software development environment following SAFe principles
Managing and optimizing value creation in agile software development by improving collaboration within and between teams based on agile principles
Introducing, implementing, and continuously improving agile methods within teams and further developing them in the company context
Methodical control of accompanying activities and design and execution of agile events within the agile software development process (e.g. PI planning)
Active participation in shaping the Porsche Agile Community beyond the context of one's own agile teams

Requirements:

Successfully completed degree
Several years of professional experience (typically 5 years), at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE
Certification as Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) desirable
Experience at the program or portfolio level in SAFe, or certification as a Release Train Engineer advantageous
Ideally, experience in software development, engineering, or organizational development
Fluent in English
Experience with MS Office and SAP
Strong team and communication skills
Excellent networking skills and promotion of an inclusive team culture, as well as continuous learning and development
