    Our Capabilities and Platforms (C&P) team, part of the Work Management organization, is currently offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential, cross-functional initiatives within TC Energy.

    In this role, you will be leading a team that focuses on sustaining and enhancing the platforms and tools crucial to the TC Energy Work Management team. You will collaborate closely with end-users and the development team, ensuring that the products meet user needs and align with the program's strategic vision and goals.

    What you'll do:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team supporting business process modeling tools and SAP Plant Maintenance functions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and execute sustainable implementation strategies.
    • Develop user journeys and artifacts to communicate intuitive user experiences.
    • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance product offerings.
    • Propose innovative technologies and methodologies to improve products.

    Minimum qualifications include:
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
    • Minimum eight years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and influencing skills.
    • Experience in product management or user experience in energy, technology, or related industries.
    • Ability to manage, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
