Position Overview:

As a part of the Logistics Division, your primary responsibilities will revolve around performing various administrative tasks, including data entry for receiving, store invoicing, and overseeing delivery administration receipts.

In addition, you will be instrumental in providing essential support to warehouse operations, ensuring all requests related to retail, perishable, and grocery warehouse operations are efficiently fulfilled.


Key Details:
  • Split Work Week: (any 4 out of 7) - Your work schedule and days off will be determined based on business requirements, and may not always include traditional Saturday/Sunday off days.

This role is for the 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).

Core Functions / Minimum Requirements:
The primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for providing daily support to grocery operations by handling various logistics admin clerk activities such as checking, receiving, and shipping.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with some college education being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in WMS locator system location and item maintenance functions is crucial.
  • Must possess a keen eye for detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility in working a 5 out of 7-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Capability to maintain visual focus for prolonged durations.
  • Requirement to wear protective steel-toe footwear.
  • Ability to work while seated for extended periods when necessary.
