Your Responsibilities:

  • Payroll and personnel administration for assigned profit centers (approximately 300 employees), including updates in Abacus
  • HR administration consisting of entry and exit formalities, withholding tax, family allowances, applications for residence and work permits
  • First internal point of contact for questions regarding Abacus and coordination with implementation partner
  • Creating HR-specific data overviews and statistics
  • Point of contact for employees in various HR-related matters

Your Profile:

  • Professional experience in payroll and HR services, with expertise in at least one HR specialty
  • Excellent knowledge of Abacus and proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of accounting principles and ability to think in a holistic manner
  • Strong and reliable personality, with a track record of independent, accurate, and dependable work
  • Excellent German language skills
