The DRK District Association Karlsruhe e.
V. was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest district associations in Germany.

This includes the areas of emergency services, social services, the emergency call center, a refugee shelter, youth work, volunteering, various projects, and a wide range of Red Cross courses.

In press and public relations, we take care of external impact, events, advertising media, and support volunteering. To complement our team in Karlsruhe, we are currently looking for full-time employees (m/f/d) for press and public relations.


Your responsibilities:


  • Planning and conducting press events and public events
  • Conducting interviews and writing press releases
  • Content creation and management for various media and channels
  • Maintenance and support of the website
  • Creation of various print media
  • Support for DRK local associations in matters of public relations

Your profile:


  • Creativity in finding topics, independent, responsible, and resultsoriented work style
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Conceptual and editorial implementation skills
  • Knowledge of TYPO3 and social media
  • Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication skills
  • Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
  • Availability for evening/weekend events
