Purpose and Objective of the Position

For our renowned client in Geislingen an der Steige, we are currently looking for an Architectural Drafter (m/f/d) to join our team on a temporary basis.


Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

  • Creation of technical drawings and layouts for workshops, workplaces, and office spaces, as well as technical building equipment
  • Independent development of projects for office and furniture planning, including onsite supervision, final inspections
  • Planning and implementation of operational facilities, workstations, space planning, and building management in compliance with legal requirements
  • Support of the layout and technical building equipment planning teams, as well as architecture (CAD support)
  • Creation of documentation (revision documents) for our construction projects and projects
  • Independent commercial processing of reports, invoices, quotes, tenders, cost control, cost tracking
  • Coordination and communication with craftsmen and clients (internal/external)
  • Support of relocations and transfers within renovation projects
  • Space and occupancy planning within modernization measures
