We are currently looking for
two full-time nursing professionals (m/f/d) in permanent positions to establish an outpatient nursing service in Harburg / Süderelbe.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing professional care to clients through treatment measures
  • Nursing services according to SGB XI
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Providing professional care to clients from psychological, social, cultural, and religious perspectives
  • Instructing and advising family caregivers
  • Ensuring the quality of care through appropriate documentation

What you bring:


  • Completed training
  • Driver's license
  • Practical work experience in the nursing profession
  • Assertiveness, conflict resolution skills, and ability to accept criticism
  • Balance, endurance, initiative, and commitment
  • Willingness to continue your own education and development
