Job Description

As a security employee, your main responsibilities in a residential facility include greeting and controlling access. You ensure that no unauthorized persons are present in the building. Patrols, rounds, and locking rounds are also part of your daily tasks.

In case of any problems, you are the first point of contact for the residents and you act professionally and friendly.

In general, you ensure order in the building and the safety of the residents. You should be willing to work both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

Certificate of competence according to 34a GewO
First aid
Fire protection
Extended police clearance certificate without entries
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
