HERE YOU WILL WORK:

On behalf of our client, a regional leading wholesaler and service provider specializing in bakery and confectionery supplies, we are looking for a part-time sales representative.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In your position, you are responsible for actively selling goods over the phone, for which you determine individual customer needs and provide advice to customers
You also receive orders from existing and new customers and ensure careful and timely processing
You support the field sales team in the back office, coordinate appointments and manage and maintain processes in the merchandise management system
You also handle complaints and follow up on orders, returns, and price changes with customers

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have gained some experience in sales
We also welcome career changers with relevant practical experience for an exciting entry opportunity
You have a good command of MS Office programs and knowledge of a merchandise management system would be desirable
