We are currently seeking a Property Caretaker (m/f/d) for Vonovia Immobilienservice GmbH in Halle (Saale).

Your responsibilities:

You represent Vonovia as the owner on site and are the first point of contact for our tenants.
You conduct safety inspections (visual and functional checks).
You are available to our tenants for any concerns or issues related to their housing.
You ensure that the residential complexes are kept clean and orderly.
You monitor and document the work of our internal and external service providers (e.g. maintenance of outdoor areas, stairwell cleaning, winter services).
Your tasks on site also include conducting tenant consultations, mediating tenant disputes, and conducting movein and moveout inspections.
