Team Leader Helpdesk (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities

YOU develop and motivate your team both personally and professionally

YOUR team is responsible for the smooth support process in collaboration with the Service Desk, Workplace Management, and Onsite Support

YOU utilize regular reporting with defined metrics/KPIs

YOU monitor compliance with SLAs and OLAs and assist, if necessary, in close collaboration with your interfaces
-
YOU are responsible for communication and exchange within the team
-
YOU ensure continuous and strategic development of your department

YOU collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
Your Profile
-
YOU have successfully completed your university/master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field, or have a completed bachelor's degree with relevant work experience or several years of relevant work experience
-
YOU have experience in the Service Desk/Onsite Support area and are familiar with the operation of end devices
-
YOU have knowledge of Cloud M365 and are willing to contribute this knowledge
-
YOU have extensive experience with ITIL
-
YOU are familiar with Enterprise Mobility Management solutions

YOU are motivated and communicative - to maintain the team's motivation
-
YOU have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
