Position Overview

In the future, you will work as a strategic and operational leader for a wellestablished and futureoriented company in Ringoes, NJ
A company car, smartphone, and laptop will be provided as part of your basic equipment
Our client is a leading midsized manufacturer of machinery for the construction and agriculture industries

Your Responsibilities

Assume operational and strategic sales responsibility in both domestic and international markets
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team (currently 12 employees)
Responsible for the ongoing development of the company's marketing strategies
Collaborate on planning, budgeting, and forecasting as a member of the extended management team
Expand the product management department

Your Profile

Extensive experience in a leadership role in sales, export, and/or key account management for a midsized manufacturing company in the automotive industry (ideally in construction or agricultural machinery)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for highquality products
Ability to develop and implement strategies
Expertise in contract and specification negotiations
