Join the educational institution of the Hessian Employers' Association in Jefferson, WI. With around 1000 permanent employees, we provide services for public clients, companies, employees, and trainees and job seekers.

For the consultation of companies on the topic of skilled worker immigration, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours) employee.


Our goal is to raise awareness among regional companies and key labor market and network partners for skilled worker immigration, and to support you from acquisition to hiring and integration of foreign skilled workers, and to be a reliable partner by your side.


We are looking for you to join our location in Frankfurt as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.


Your tasks:

  • Proactively approach private and public employers
  • Consultation with HR managers
  • Information and contact point for stakeholders in the context of skilled worker immigration
  • Research and approach relevant stakeholders, handling and processing inquiries, and initial consultations
  • Networking in the region with relevant labor market actors and companies,
