- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to surgeons and OR staff.
- Conduct inservice training sessions for hospital staff and surgeons.
- Attend and participate in industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the surgical field.
- Strong knowledge of the Vascular, Cardiothoracic, General and Breast Surgery markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
