What you will do:
- Preparation of offers, followup on offers and order processing
- Telephone customer support
- Data entry and maintenance
- Communication with customers regarding product availability, order status, technical information
- Active support for the sales team
What you bring:
- Completed commercial education
- Professional experience in the mentioned field of work
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills and experience with an ERP system
