Our Client
Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting German artists both domestically and internationally.

To support their team of 3 in the finance department, we are currently seeking a
(Junior) Controller (m/f/d) for their location in the heart of Berlin, Campus, IL.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing funding and planning, controlling, and monitoring the company's liquidity.

You can expect a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for creativity and a great working atmosphere, including the option for remote work and 30 days of vacation.


Your Profile

  • You have a degree in economics or completed commercial training.
  • You have (some) experience in financial controlling, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
  • You have a structured and responsible work style.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office.
  • You are passionate about promoting German artists.

Your Responsibilities

  • With your expertise and ideas, you actively support the expansion of the controlling department.
  • You are responsible for budget planning and monitoring the company's liquidity.
  • You are in charge of creating quarterly reports, statistics, and overviews.
  • You act as a liaison between different departments and support in preparing the annual financial statements.
  • You monitor the funding deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations.
