We are looking for you to join us on October 1st, 2023 for a dual study program in Bachelor of Arts Hotel and Gastronomy Management (m/f/d).
We are a subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH and operate approximately 85% of the gastronomic establishments at Munich Airport. With currently around 800 employees, we ensure a diverse and attractive gastronomy experience.

Our mix of franchise, license, and our own strong brands includes concepts such as Käfer, Coffee Fellows, Hans im Glück, Dallmayr, and many more.

As part of your dual study program, you will gain comprehensive insights into the business aspects of gastronomy at Munich Airport.

During the practical phase, you will experience what you have learned in theory during your studies.

As a dual student, you will be placed in areas such as kitchen, service, back of house, or front office.

Other placement opportunities during the practical phases include our commercial departments such as marketing, purchasing, controlling, or human resources.

The switch between theory and practice takes place in six-month intervals. The theory phases take place at DHBW Ravensburg - the practical phases at Munich Airport.
