    Job Description

    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Data Quality Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing data products utilized for critical business decisions and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will revolve around implementing effective testing strategies, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise data platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee test activities for data products on the Snowflake Enterprise Data Platform
    • Mentor and coach quality engineers for project team efficiency
    • Drive test automation strategy for data and application validation
    • Analyze test results and recommend necessary actions
    • Streamline testing processes through automation
    • Champion best practices in quality and testing

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field

    2. Five years of systems analysis and design experience, with two years in a managerial role

    *Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. All candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree.

    Department Preferences

    • Knowledge of cloud data warehousing technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
    • Experience with Enterprise Database technologies and business intelligence tools
    • Proficiency in creating test automation frameworks and test cases
    • Expertise in functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
    • Ability to define and implement test management tools and processes
    • Strong communication skills and agile practices knowledge
