Customer Dialogue Employee (m/f/d), Focus on Written Inquiries (Fixed-term)

Your Tasks

  • You independently process written customer inquiries (B2C, B2B) in German language regarding all topics related to credit and debit cards.
  • You compile all necessary documents for processing customer inquiries from the corresponding databases and IT applications.
  • You constantly keep track of all inquiries and coordinate the collaboration between internal departments to answer the inquiries. You place great importance on adhering to timings and, if necessary, response deadlines from inquiring savings banks and legal professionals.
  • You actively contribute the insights from our customers' inquiries to improve our processes and further develop our offerings.
