Apprenticeship at ETO

At ETO, we place great value on training committed and responsible young people, creating the foundation for a strong team within the ETO GROUP at an early stage. Currently, around 80 apprentices are enrolled in six technical and two commercial apprenticeships, as well as four dual study programs.

Our apprentices acquire their knowledge in our new training workshop and various departments.

ETO also relies on its trademark - innovation - when it comes to equipment for training. In addition to a training room where theoretical basics are taught, apprentices have access to a separate electro-pneumatic and hydraulic laboratory
