Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel.

You will ensure that the operating room is prepared for surgeries and help maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare operating rooms for surgery
Set up surgical instruments and equipment
Assist surgeons during procedures
Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and nurses
Maintain a sterile field during surgery
Monitor and manage surgical equipment
Assist with patient positioning and draping
Prepare and transport specimens for laboratory analysis
Clean and sterilize instruments
Assist with patient transfer to recovery room

Qualifications and Skills:

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
Knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
