Position: German Sales and Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Location: Dusseldorf, Hannover, Nürnberg, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart, Germany

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 On Target Earnings

As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator at Batesville, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our valued property owners. This includes preparing proposals, negotiating contract renewals, and ensuring 100% accuracy in presentation packages.

Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, proactively communicating with clients, and finding effective solutions to meet their individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Manage key accounts and provide high-quality customer care by anticipating clients' needs and renewing contracts.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers, and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Experience in a sales and customer service environment, with the ability to confidently interact with clients on a daily basis.
  • Fluent in German and English.
