Our client, a leading law firm in high-end transactions and asset management, is seeking a dedicated tax consultant (m/f/d) for the tax advice and assessment of private equity funds

Your challenge:
In this position, you will work in a team to handle all tax compliance tasks for private equity funds, including: * Preparation of determination declarations, applications, and tax reporting for international private equity platforms and their investors * Tax assessment of transactions in a cross-border context * Assessment of tax issues in the field of international tax law, foreign tax law, and investment tax law Your profile: For this position, you should bring the following: * Successfully completed tax consultant exam * Two to three years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility * High level of proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
