Your Role:

  • Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to achieve business and revenue goals
  • Participation in the CEE-G2Market strategy
  • Ensuring the achievement of local and regional marketing KPIs and initiating measures for optimization
  • Responsibility for the marketing budget for the CEE region
  • Conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising
  • Utilization of datadriven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Management of digital marketing initiatives, including social media and content marketing
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners
  • Creation of PR campaigns to achieve positive media coverage and increase brand visibility
  • Support for product launches:
  • Close collaboration with category/product management to plan and execute successful product launches
  • Provision of all necessary POS materials and tools for sales teams, including necessary local adaptations
  • Customer retention and trade shows/events:
  • Conceptual responsibility and operational leadership of the customer loyalty program "ZEISS Waidgefährte"
  • Content and conceptual responsibility for trade shows and events in the CEE region
  • Leading and inspiring a small marketing team and promoting a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Indirect leadership and close collaboration with local marketing resources

Your Profile:

  • Education: Completed commercial/business studies
  • Professional experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience in marketing of FMCG/consumer goods products
  • Experience within the hunting/(nature) observation technology industry
