Your tasks

  • You actively support your colleagues in the basic data management department and gain valuable insights into the daily business of the department, as well as participate in operational processes
  • You are responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the quality of operational data for the automatic and manual procedures
  • You independently conduct research on planned construction and traffic changes on the toll road network, followed by processing the results
  • You contribute to the updating of the digital map of the German highway network and the further development of existing tools and scripts
  • You create reports and presentations based on GISspecific evaluations and analyses
Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in geosciences or a comparable STEM field with initial experience in working with GIS systems and targeted data preparation for analytical purposes
  • You have basic knowledge of SQL database queries and/or Python, ideally also PL/SQL
  • You have a good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are able to solve complex problems and demonstrate a high level of communication, accuracy, and initiative
