Student Assistant in the Shop of the Berlin Natural History Museum (60h)

We are currently looking for student assistants to work at least 60 hours per month in the museum shop at the Berlin Natural History Museum. Shifts are divided into half-day (4-5 hours) and full-day hours) shifts. Employment on a mini-job basis or without proof of enrollment is not possible.

Job Description:


  • Customer service and sales (products include books, toys, merchandise, and minerals)
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise in the warehouse
  • Independent cash register reconciliation
  • Cleaning of display areas

Required Qualifications:


  • Customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with children
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
