We are looking for team players who will accompany and support the refugees entrusted to us during their stay at our facility.

We, ORS Germany, are part of the ORS Group, which operates in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Italy and supports more than refugees daily in over 100 accommodations with more than colleagues. We are looking for a Social Worker (m/f/d) / Location: Kusel , who with passion gives our residents in their difficult situation the feeling that they are taken seriously and heard.

Your tasks - this is what awaits you:

You accompany the residents respectfully and on an equal footing throughout the day and provide them with security and orientation through explanations and the provision of information

Together with your team, you conduct daily care rounds and check whether the house rules are being followed, monitor the presence of residents, and provide information.
