EMPLOYEE (m/f/d) LAND MANAGEMENT

The Thuringian Land Company has many years of experience in land management. This includes the tasks of the non-profit settlement company of the Free State of Thuringia, as well as the administration of land and the securing of properties, for example for infrastructure projects, investment projects, and agricultural, water management, or nature conservation purposes. For over 30 years, we have been a reliable employer for people who want to make a difference in their region.

In order to continue our success in this field, we are looking to add you to our team at our Erfurt location as soon as possible.

Your challenge

Administration and leasing of agricultural, water management, and nature conservation areas
Working with property management software and GIS systems
Negotiating building permits, easement agreements, and lease agreements
Processing notarial contracts
Clarifying rights registered in the land register
Managing contracts until they are registered in the land register
Preparing decisions on agricultural structure issues
Actively accompanying rural structural change
