You will also be responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring, supervision, and deployment of your employees and the deployment of employees to clients.

Your tasks:

Recruitment and supervision of employees in the pedagogical field
Acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients
Sustainable customer contact and market expansion
Recruitment and selection of personnel in close coordination with your clients
Employee management including all necessary personnel measures
Close contact with clients and market partners

Your requirements for the advertised position:

Completed vocational training or university degree
Negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, and good manners
Experience in building and expanding customer relationships
Development of targeted consulting strategies
Experience in personnel consulting / placement in the field of pedagogy
Entrepreneurial understanding and strong communication skills
Enjoy working independently and strong selforganization
Basic understanding of the challenges in recruiting employees and selling services
Class B driver's license
Teamwork skills
