One of the main goals of the Phoenix Contact Group is the digital transformation of the company. Currently, we are facing a multi-year SAP transformation project and a global redesign of our production processes.

As a Process Coordinator Operations (m/f/d) in the Production & Value Chain department, you will play a central role in one of our business units and will be involved in the creation, implementation, and organizational implementation of production processes, both in the transformation project and in regular operations.

Responsibilities:

You will actively participate in SAP transformation projects and serve as the main contact for the production department in your business unit.
Additionally, you will be responsible for designing business processes in the production department of your business unit.
You will maintain close communication with the production management and be able to provide updates on the current project and needs status.
You will also represent the business unit's process decisions.
You will manage process requirements and resulting optimization projects for the business unit in both local and global environments.
Working with a network of process experts and key users, you will coordinate these efforts.

Requirements:

You have completed a degree in production, engineering, natural sciences, business, or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: production management, supply chain management, project management, or
