We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our partner's team in Munich, located in Delia, KS.

Our partner is a leading global mobility service provider, offering a wide range of mobility solutions such as car rental, car sharing, taxi, driving, chauffeur services, and car subscriptions.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage the entire recruiting process for your departments in our nationwide rental branches and service centers, conducting interviews (in English as well) and ensuring that candidates are just as excited to work for our company as you are.
  • You will find the right people for our open positions, not just for the present, but also with an eye towards the future.
  • You enjoy trying new things, finding new recruiting channels, developing search strategies, and thinking outside the box.
  • You will also provide guidance to our hiring managers.
  • As an expert in recruiting, you will share your knowledge with colleagues and departments.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or a relevant education.
  • You have (some) experience in endtoend recruiting.
  • You can not only fill the funnel, but also convince candidates and shape processes.
  • You have a good sense for talent and personalities.
  • You can interact with different stakeholders on an equal footing.
  • You enjoy looking behind the scenes and believe that this is the basis for attracting new top talent to the business.
  • You are fluent in both English and German.
