Currently, FraSec Aviation Security GmbH is active at the airports Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, and Stuttgart. In this international working environment, they provide services such as passenger screening from all over the world, baggage and luggage checks, and explosive trace detection.

We are currently looking for a Head of Training and Quality (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg, who will jointly manage all processes related to training and further education, as well as quality management, with our station management.

Your tasks:

  • Creation and implementation of training plans and concepts
  • Ensuring the further education of aviation security assistants (m/f/d), supervisory personnel, and other trainees
  • Monitoring and further development of the station's quality management
  • Cooperation with relevant authorities, especially the Federal Police
  • Development and monitoring of quality standards and assurance
  • Continuous improvement of processes
  • Direct reporting to station management and executive management
  • Projectrelated tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training or a relevant degree, as well as relevant professional experience in the field of training and further education, as well as quality management
