- Sales of ŠKODA original parts and accessories
- Needs analysis of potential customers and clients
- Active and customeroriented sales conversations
- Preparation of written offers for parts and accessories sales
- Informing customers about delivery dates and incoming goods
- Processing of purchase contracts
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Ordering and inventory management of parts and accessories
- Checking incoming goods
- Crossdepartmental collaboration with sales and service
