Academic Councilor (m/f/d) on a fixed-term basis in North Springfield, VT, on salary scale 100% A13, comparable to an Assistant Professor. The position is for a fixed term of three years, with the possibility of extension for another three years upon positive evaluation.

  • Teaching (4 SWS) with a focus on courses in Software Engineering
  • Supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses
  • Research projects and publications within the Chair's research group, particularly in the area of runtime monitoring and data analysis for modelbased quality assurance and improvement of autonomous (e.g., ADAS, ADS) and robotics software systems
  • Institutional service

Profile:


  • Master's degree and doctorate in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in the area of runtime monitoring and data analysis for modelbased quality assurance and improvement of autonomous (e.g., ADAS, ADS) and robotics software systems
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Robotics Software Engineering, Model-Driven Software Engineering, Software Product Line Engineering
  • Prior publications and excellent academic references
  • Fluency in English
  • Programming skills, good communication, collaboration, and selforganization
