PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONAL (M/F/D) FOR AN INTEGRATION PROGRAM AT OUR GEDERNER STRASSE KINDERGARTEN

PART-TIME HOURS PER WEEK)

Your role:

Supporting the integration of a child in our kindergarten
Collaborating on the development of an individualized support plan
Implementing the support plan in individual or small group settings
Integrating support activities into daily group activities
Reflecting on observations in team meetings and using them to inform pedagogical work
Reporting on observations and progress during the program
Working with parents and collaborating with the kindergarten team

Your qualifications:

Degree in education or relevant experience in child care
Preferably experience with integration programs
Empathy, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities
Openness to new ideas and creativity
Reliability, resilience, and stability
Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
