**The Agricultural Chamber of North Rhine-Westphalia is looking for a specialist clerk (m/f/d) in part-time with 19.92 hours per week for the Control of Fertilizer Regulation department in Warendorf, starting on May 1st, 2023.

Your main tasks:

You organize and conduct legal controls of commercial animal husbandry operations, biogas plants, contract farming companies, and nutrient brokers
You are the contact person for examinationrelated questions in the field of fertilizer law for the examination region
You are responsible for the control statistics and examination quotas of the examination team at the Warendorf location
If necessary, you plan and conduct conditional compliance checks (formerly "crosscompliance") in agricultural businesses within the framework of the EU Nitrate Directive

What you bring:

University or technical college degree in agricultural economics (bachelor's or diploma) or another field relevant to the main tasks at the time of hiring
Good knowledge in the field of fertilization is desired
Solid knowledge in the field of fertilizer law and animal nutrition is advantageous
Good knowledge of office programs and working with databases
Social competence, especially teamwork and cooperation skills
Methodological competence, especially independent work
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes
