Are you experienced in the field of HR and familiar with the diverse areas of personnel management? Are you passionate about topics such as HR contract management, salary issues, labor and social security law, and HR controlling? Do you enjoy supporting employees in all HR-related matters and helping them with your expertise? Then we are looking for you We are seeking a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in implementing and managing various HR topics.


Your responsibilities:

  • Creating documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, termination letters, and references.
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers in all personnelrelated matters and handling their HRspecific inquiries and concerns. This includes general personnel administration tasks such as processing absences, requests, or certificates.
  • Developing and implementing ideas for the digitalization of HR processes.
  • Ensuring and participating in the correct and timely execution of personnel processes such as onboarding and offboarding and employee discussions.
  • Supporting the integration of new group companies into the processes of your area of responsibility.
You are the right fit for us if you have:

  • Completed training or studies with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a generalist position.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and dealing with social security law issues.
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills when dealing with employees and managers.
  • Structured and independent way of working as well
