Your future team:

The Human Resources and Organization Department (PEO) is represented at locations in Sankt Augustin, Berlin, Bochum and Dresden. Its approximately 55 employees are responsible for core HR topics such as payroll, position management and travel expense accounting for around 1250 employees at 11 locations. In strategic HR work, PEO also deals with topics such as personnel development, recruiting and organizational management, and is also responsible for legal and collective bargaining issues and topics such as inclusion, occupational reintegration and occupational health management.
