Tasks:


  • Independent management of a production department in regular coordination with the production manager
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as training and development of employees
  • Planning of necessary personnel based on order situation and qualifications
  • Presence in production and ensuring timely, costeffective, and quality mold construction
  • Analysis of production deviations and development of proposals and production optimizations in processes and machinery
  • Support in bid calculations
  • Budget planning and control in collaboration with the production manager

Profile:


  • Technical or craft training or degree, e.g. as a mechanic or carpenter, preferably with further training as a master or technician or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in formwork construction or with production processes in injection or casting methods
  • Ideally, previous experience in leading a production department
  • Strong understanding of production processes and good spatial imagination
  • Good technical understanding and handson mentality with a leading role
  • Fluent in German
  • Proficient in MS Office
