We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) with Romanian language skills to join our internal team in Bremen for immediate support.

Your tasks will include:


  • Recruiting employees (m/f/d) for our projects
  • Preselection and conducting applicant interviews
  • Supporting employees upon their arrival in Germany, e.g. with administrative procedures, translations, contracts, etc.
  • Creating social media campaigns and actively sourcing candidates
  • Finding accommodations and housing for employees
  • Accompanying employees to different projects

What you bring to the table:

  • Good language skills in German and Romanian
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Driver's license class B
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
