We are looking for communicative customer service representatives (m/f/d) for the telephone and written customer service (inbound) of a leading provider of vacation rentals in Marion Center, PA.

Previous knowledge in the tourism industry is advantageous but not mandatory. We also welcome career changers. Our client offers you a diverse job that deals with the most beautiful weeks of the year.


Your tasks will include:


  • Receiving incoming inquiries via phone or email
  • Responding to and resolving all customer inquiries (reservations, rentals, cancellations, payment methods, etc.)
  • Documenting inquiries
  • Referring complex inquiries to appropriate departments
Do you have what it takes?

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to share knowledge within the team
