We are currently seeking a
Commercial Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic and growing company group at our chemical site in the middle of the German chemical triangle Bitterfeld-Leuna-Schkopau, located in Thorndale, PA.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a commercial manager with power of attorney, you will report directly to the managing director
Responsible for the areas of procurement / controlling & finance / human resources / public relations / supply chain & warehouse as well as IT, including their strategic and operational management
Implementation of group standards in all supporting areas/processes
Further development and digitalization of processes and procedures

Your Profile:

Completed business studies with distinction
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the chemical industry
Strong leadership skills and determination, with a willingness to also be involved in operational tasks
Structured, resultsoriented and solutionfocused work style, flexibility and independence, as well as excellent communication skills
Profound experience in change management, combined with the ability to develop and implement concepts
Very good German and fluent English skills
