About The Role:

This role involves troubleshooting, modifying, and acquiring equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions using manufacturing knowledge and engineering skills.
Address electrical wiring issues.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Minimize downtime by quickly evaluating equipment malfunctions.
Modify equipment for safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Assist in maintenance and repair of production machinery.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic systems.
Perform assigned duties efficiently.

Role Purpose:

Support the Indianapolis assembly and fabrication lines.
Ensure equipment uptime.
Utilize Carrier Excellence tools to enhance production equipment performance.

Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree in Robotics, Automation, Controls, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
3+ years' experience in troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
