Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and processing of customer quotations and orders
  • Compliance with customerspecific SLAs and requirements
  • Ensuring the correct product selection based on discounts, prices, availability, lead times, and inventory levels
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries
  • Participation in projects for continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of major IT manufacturers and their products
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in effectively and promptly handling customer escalations
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
