For our Mayersche bookstore in Dortmund-Mitte, we are looking for a Sales Associate (m/f/d) starting on March 1st, 2023.

What tasks can you expect:

Advising our customers in various departments and on our digital products
Implementing sales concepts on the sales floor
Supporting the management and implementation of product displays
Careful handling of cash transactions and ensuring smooth payment processing

What do you bring:

A successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the retail book trade
Knowledge of bookselling and sales, as well as experience in teamwork and leadership
Aboveaverage customer and service orientation
A sense for successful product displays
Affinity for new media and digital products
