Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Comprehensive technical support for residential and rental properties, as well as the main contact person for tenants, residents, and external companies on site

Carrying out minor maintenance work

Commissioning, monitoring, and acceptance of external orders

Inspections in accordance with safety obligations, including paths, playgrounds, gates, and doors

Inspection, maintenance, and testing of technical facilities such as heating, ventilation, solar systems, smoke and heat extraction systems, elevators

Maintenance of outdoor facilities, including waste disposal

Holding office hours for tenants

Selling data keys for communal laundry rooms and conducting corresponding billing
