Your tasks

  • You will actively participate in the conception, planning, and implementation of HR projects (e.g. leadership events), in close collaboration with the Voith Turbo HR management team.
  • You will also contribute creative ideas for the content design of HR events.
  • You will support the organization and implementation of measures to increase leadership skills.
  • You will also be responsible for evaluating and continuously optimizing event formats.
  • You will also be closely involved in conceptual HR topics.
